Materials for online classes

Iris Art Studio offers both in-person and online live-stream classes for kids who cannot attend studio sessions. Our online classes are convenient and effective, providing instruction in drawing, watercolour, and mixed media techniques.


Classes are held via Zoom once a week during the term, with each term consisting of 8 or 9 classes. We offer two levels of instruction: intermediate and advanced. These are live-stream classes where teachers are present throughout, demonstrating the creation process and engaging directly with students, offering feedback and suggestions to enhance their work.

Whether in person or online, your child will receive the same quality art education and personalised attention.


For online classes students need there our art materials.


Materials List for Iris Art Online Classes:


  1. Watercolour paint set (Recommended brands for students: Micador, Jasart, Koh-I-Noor, or Faber-Castell)

  2. Round brushes, medium and thin. Flat brushes are optional

  3. Watercolour paper (300 gsm) size A4. A3 size is optional

  4. Lead pencils (HB, 2B)

  5. Eraser

  6. Drawing paper or an affordable sketchbook. Size A4

  7. Black permanent marker (Sharpie or similar)

  8. Set of oil pastel (recommended brand Mont Marte 24 colours)

  9. Optional: Set of coloured pencils or markers
