🎨 Iris Art Studio – Terms & Conditions for Adult Art Events & Team-Building Sessions


Thank you for choosing Iris Art Studio to host your creative celebration!

 To make sure everything runs smoothly and enjoyably, please review the following event terms:


1. Booking & Deposit

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.


Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.


The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.


2. Group Size

Minimum group size: 6 participants


Maximum group size: 14 participants


3. Event Theme & Confirmation

The theme or type of activity (canvas painting, watercolour, or tote bag design) must be selected and confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.


4. What’s Included

 ✅ A 2 or 3-hour guided art session hosted by a professional artist and educator

 ✅ All art materials and colourful aprons

 ✅ Use of a comfortable, air-conditioned studio filled with natural light

 ✅ Step-by-step guidance and creative support throughout your session


5. What’s Not Included

 ❌ Food and drinks (you’re welcome to bring your own or arrange catering)

 ❌ Additional decorations or entertainment not provided by the studio


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

The $200 deposit is non-refundable.


To reschedule, please give at least 7 days’ notice — your deposit can be transferred to another available date.


Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.


7. Arrival & Setup

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your event for setup.


The studio will be ready for your group at the scheduled start time.
