🎨 Beginners Art Group (Ages 5–8) This group is designed to gently introduce young children to the world of art. In a calm, encouraging environment, students learn the core foundations of visual art while building confidence and enjoying the creative process. Children will learn to: • Use art materials safely and confidently • Create images using simple shapes • Build balanced compositions • Understand basic colour theory The focus is on fun, creativity, and skill-building — with beautiful artworks to take home each term. 📅 🎨 Term 2, 2026 at Iris Art Studio — Theme " Portraits" 📅 Dates : Tuesday : 21/04, 28/04, 5/05, 12/05, 19/05, 26/05, 02/06, 16/06, 23/06, 30/06 10 classes (no class 09/06! ) Students will learn how to draw the different parts of the human face, focusing on proportions, light and shadow, and various portrait styles. The complexity of the tasks will be adjusted according to each group’s skill level.
