Welcome to the Iris Art Studio Holiday Workshops 🎨 Create your own comic! For kids 7+ 📅 Date: Wednesday, 14/01/25 ⏰ Time: 10 AM – 12:00 PM 💰 Price: $45 per student 📖 Become a Visual Storyteller: The Cooking Comic Workshop! Step into the shoes of a professional illustrator! This dynamic workshop goes beyond drawing, focusing on the powerful art of visual storytelling. Young artists will learn to create narratives using pictures. Your child will paint a playful story about a little chef cooking a delicious dish — full of colour, imagination, and fun. • What your child will master 🎨 • Basic illustration and drawing techniques. • The principles of sequential art (telling a story across panels). • Character design and setting the scene. Visual Art + Narrative: This session is a deep dive into creating a visual story, combining technical art skills with imaginative writing and layout. Presentation (Optional): At the end of the workshop, children who wish to share their completed comic with the group are welcome to do so.
