Rules of operation

Maximum 10 students per class. 

Classes occur during school terms once a week for each group. Max 10 classes per Term

No Term  classes on NSW public holidays

Price is based on a casual/ 10-week term (adjustments for public holidays or shorter terms will be made accordingly) Trial class is based on casual price with 10% discount. 

Booking for the classes will be confirmed after payment

Payment for Term based classes should be done at least one week before first class of the Term. If you join later no fees adjustment, but you can catch up missing classes)

NSW CREATIVE vouchers are accepted as a part of the payment. Please send CREATIVE voucher code via email  iris.art.lessons@gmail.com

Please arrive in time for classes. Organisation is the key to success

Food is not accepted in classes, please make sure that child had lunch/snacks prior the class.

If your child is unwell, has symptoms of flu, or any other illnesses, please refrain from attending class until fully recovered

All art materials are provided and included in price. The only one things student should bring is their own sketch book (not expensive notepad with pure white pages. One sketchbook is enough for 3-4 Terms of study

We recommend wearing comfortable and not expensive clothing along with closed-toe shoes for all classes. Dress for mess!

After the class session ends, it is the responsibility of the parent to promptly pick up their child and ensure their safety. Please arrange to pick up your child within 5 minutes after the class has ended.

Catch-up classes are allowed during the current term. If vacancies are available, you can book your child for a class with another group. It is a parent's responsibility to book a missed class. Missed classes cannot be transferred to the next term or holiday workshops. No refunds are given for missed classes.

If you are extremely busy and have no chance to attend a class with another group, I can offer a recorded video art class from Iris art video art classes library.

The first trial class is available with casual payment for NEW students. After you are satisfied with the first class, you are required to pay for the remaining classes in the current Term, it you decided to book your child.

No money refunds are provided after payment has been made. However, if you change your mind, you can offer your place to any of your friends

Full refund or credit will be provided for all sessions canceled by the teacher.

Please note there is NO REFUND for the amount paid by NSW voucher
